Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections on in-process and finished vehicles to ensure compliance with manufacturing methods, procedures, and requirements.
• Identify and report defects or non-performing items during the production process.
• Verify specifications on upfitted vehicles, calculate payload, and apply decals.
• Perform torque tests, A/C & heat temperature tests using calibrated equipment.
• Maintain inspection pictures on the network drive.
• Uphold organization and quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, and documenting quality results.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of quality experience. (Required)
• Active and Valid Driver's License. (Required)
• Comfortable using hand tools, torque wrenches, using a tape measure, good with calculations, and experience using blueprints. (Required)
• Understanding of automobile mechanical parts and functions. (Required)
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent analytical and communication abilities. (Required)
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
