Outside Sales Representative Commercial Cleaning

Build monthly residuals selling what every office already buys. Routes provided.
Knock 45–50 businesses per day, book 2+ walk-throughs/day, and earn 15% every month on each account you land—for as long as it stays active.
- Commission-only (1099). 15% of the customer’s monthly contract amount.
- Paid monthly while the contract is active. No cap.
- Starts when the account goes live and first payment is received.
Estimated earnings (OTE): $80k–$120k (performance-based; not guaranteed).
- Routes provided (AM/PM lists) so you sell instead of prospecting from scratch
- Fast start : 1-on-1 onboarding, proven talk tracks, proposal template
- You sell, we service and retain (no inventory, no fees)
- Canvas 200+ businesses weekly; book 8–12 walk-throughs
- Drive proposals and wins; own activity, pipeline, and follow-up
- Hunter mindset, coachability, reliable transportation, smartphone
- Outside sales/canvassing experience is a plus (not required)
- $1,000/mo contract → $150/mo to you
- $2,500/mo contract → $375/mo to you
- $5,000/mo contract → $750/mo to you
