Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $45/hour with sign-on bonus of $5,000

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services for diverse age groups, from high school students to elderly patients
• Perform manual therapy for post-surgical rehabilitation and other therapeutic needs
• Assess patient condition, develop treatment plans, and track progress
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Document patient encounters accurately using Cerner EMR system
• Promote patient recovery and improve functional outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning

What You Need

• Valid Texas state license (or eligible to obtain)
• Experience with manual therapy and post-surgical rehab protocols
• Strong patient communication skills

• Experience working with wide age ranges and care settings
• Ability to adapt to inpatient and outpatient environments
