Store Lead - Specialty Toy Store

Job Description

We are locally owned, independent specialty toy stores seeking a mature, dependable, energetic, and professional Store Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate has a warm, welcoming, and courteous presence, strong judgment, and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive customer service
Independently operate the store when needed, including opening and/or closing
Operate the point-of-sale system
Merchandise, stock, and maintain an attractive, organized store
Receive and organize merchandise
Work collaboratively with team members
Stay active throughout the shift and occasionally lift or move boxes up to approximately 20 pounds

Qualifications

Retail experience is preferred but not required. Reliability, maturity, professionalism, energy, good judgment, and the ability to connect with customers are equally important.

Availability

We are seeking candidates who can commit to regular, substantial shifts, including weekday and/or weekend hours. Applicants should provide specific availability when applying.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
