What You'll Do- Deliver preventive and restorative dental treatment
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans within your scope of practice
- Perform restorations, sealants, uncomplicated extractions, and other authorized procedures
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Current Minnesota Dental Therapist license (or eligible before employment)
- Associate degree or higher in Dental Therapy or Dental Hygiene
- Clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Comfortable working with digital technology and modern workflows
- Passion for providing outstanding patient care
