Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Bastrop, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary: We are seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Texas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care and working collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement patient treatment programs.

•Provide treatment to patients referred by physicians in an outpatient setting.

•Assist with the implementation of individualized plans of care under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

•Treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions.

•Monitor patient progress and communicate observations and updates to the Physical Therapist.

•Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

•Deliver evidence-based care while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

•Work collaboratively with the clinical team to maximize patient outcomes.

Job Requirements:

•Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.

•Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

•Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

•Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care.

•Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
