Registered Nurse Opportunity

Location: Rockford, IL

Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Position Type: Travel

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $1909 - $2300 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

Implement the nursing process to provide care for patients in the ICU and Step-Down ICU.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to nursing standards and state regulations.
Document patient care in accordance with established standards.
Design and implement tailored care plans for individual patients.
Engage in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
Offer clinical expertise and support to other units and departments.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
Current Illinois Nursing License, along with CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program; verification of education is required.
