We're seeking an organized, customer-focused professional to support both client experience and marketing efforts. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and contributing to a collaborative team in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Respond promptly to emails and voicemail messages.
• Manage social media accounts by responding to customer comments and messages.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including creating, scheduling, and monitoring communications.
• Build positive relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
• Represent the company professionally across all communication channels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms for a business.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team-oriented professional.
