Your New Role
Meet with homeowners for in-home residential HVAC consultations in New York City and the surrounding metro area
Convert qualified leads into residential HVAC system installation sales
Evaluate existing heating and cooling systems and recommend customized HVAC solutions
Educate customers on energy-efficient systems, heat pumps, geothermal solutions, available incentives, and financing options
Prepare and present professional proposals that highlight system performance, efficiency, and long-term value
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-through
Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through project completion
Manage your sales pipeline, appointments, and customer communication to consistently achieve sales goals
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required
Residential HVAC sales experience or HVAC industry knowledge strongly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals
Experience conducting in-home consultations and building customer relationships is preferred
Self-motivated with excellent time management and pipeline management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and customer service excellence
