Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a cardiovascular or catheterization lab setting
• Proficiency in using the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care
• Effective communication, delegation, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt care approaches to diverse patient populations
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area such as Cardiovascular Nursing or Critical Care
• Experience with patient education and teaching strategies tailored to diverse populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Over 2 years of nursing experience, with additional cardiovascular or Cath Lab specialization considered an advantage

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work the day shift, 10 hours per day
• Willingness to adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as required
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment, with awareness of occupational hazards and proper precautions
