CDL Transportation DriverAs a CDL Transportation Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing room revenue. Inside this role you will provide world class customer service by transporting guests to and from resort location safely and efficiently. This may include CDL and Non CDL vehicles.Essential functions include:Greet guests with promptness and courtesy, attending to their shuttle needs while providing exceptional customer service.Complete a pre-trip checklist daily to ensure the safety and functionality of the shuttle.Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.Log into the shuttle app to efficiently manage shuttle operations.Assist guests with any needs including luggage when needed.Always operate shuttle in a safe manner maintaining all traffic rules and regulations.All other duties as assignedExperience/qualifications:Minimum degree preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum years of experience: 1-2 years commercial driving, guest driving preferred.Required certificate(s) or license(s): Class A or B CDL with a passenger endorsement. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.Knowledge, skills, and ability:Ability to operate passenger carrying vehicles safely and efficiently.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write pre/post trip reports and correspondence.Ability to effectively communicate with guests.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Travel requirements: N/APhysical requirements:Regularly walks and sits.Occasionally stands and lifts up to 50 lbs.Seldom/never does computer work.Ability to lift and load guest luggage up to 50 lbs.Independent judgement:Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor.
