ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in State Farm management, giving me valuable experience in leadership and team development. I’m a graduate of Boise State University, married, and a proud father of five. State Farm also runs in the family - I’m the oldest of four brothers, and all four of us are State Farm agents! 

Outside of work, I enjoy coaching, motorcycle riding, and cheering on Boise State football. Giving back is also important to me. I’ve spent time coaching Twin Falls youth basketball and remain involved with the Boy Scouts as both an Eagle Scout and volunteer.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Matt Stokes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
