Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule

Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 14 weeks

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience with management of dysrhythmias, central line care/management, IV vasopressors, CPAP/BiPAP, and care of ventilated patients
• Charting System Experience: Epic
• Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs and response to treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess and address patient needs

Compliance / Notes

Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time, the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. Travelers are required to work one major holiday during their assignment period.
