Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing our therapists to engage with clients through telemedicine while maintaining the option for in-person sessions at our outpatient office in Ellicott City, Maryland. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs through comprehensive assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions applicable to various settings, including individual, family, and group therapy.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and well-rounded client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient data.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
