This is a 3-Month Temporary Contract with the Potential to go Permanent As the CQC Registered Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee the delivery of safe, person-centred care services that enable people to live fulfilling and dignified lives. Key Responsibilities Hold CQC Registered Manager responsibility for the service. Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary care team. Ensure the service consistently meets CQC standards and contractual requirements. Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement, and best practice initiatives. Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, induction, and ongoing development. Monitor service performance, budgets, compliance, and operational targets. Build strong relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, families, and professionals. Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, GDPR, and risk management requirements are maintained.
