Orthopaedic Cast Technician - Multiple Locations

We are currently seeking full-time Cast Technicians who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC Lakeway and various KOC offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Applies, adjusts and removes orthopaedic casts, splints, and braces
• Measure and fit patients for braces and other orthopaedic devices
• Duties performed under the direction of an orthopaedic physician or assigned provider to support injured patients
• Provide patient education on cast care, use of crutches and DME
• Change dressings and care for wounds
• Maintain supply inventory, clean and stock patient rooms and storage closets
• Assist with documenting patient care in electronic medical records (EMR)

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Medical office experience required
• Basic EHR proficiency (NexGen preferred)
• Previous casting experience preferred
• Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
