Lifecycle Creative Designer (CRM/HTML)

We’re partnering with our client, a renowned media company, to find a talented Lifecycle Creative Designer (CRM/HTML). Located on the 26th floor of 1WTC, the role is remote out of region, working 40 hours per week from 9 am to 5:30 pm. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact consumer marketing initiatives. There is no application deadline for this role. Lifecycle Creative Designer (CRM/HTML) Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive, on-brand HTML emails optimized for various email clients and devices. Create and manage modular email templates and design systems within ESP platforms to streamline production. Conceptualize, craft, and develop digital assets such as display banners, paid social creative, animations, and videos for CRM channels covering all phases of the customer journey. Apply front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to hand-code or troubleshoot email and web assets, ensuring cross-platform consistency. Conduct quality assurance testing on all digital assets using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid, resolving rendering issues proactively. Lifecycle Creative Designer (CRM/HTML) Qualifications: 4-5 years of proven design experience creating engaging campaigns, preferably within consumer marketing or e-commerce. Hands-on expertise designing and coding responsive HTML emails, with a solid understanding of cross-client challenges and ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable. Curious and adaptable to AI-driven design and email development tools, with an interest in staying current with market trends. Working knowledge of basic front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, for building and troubleshooting assets. A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse digital projects, including email, display, and web assets, showcasing ability to generate engagement.
