The Client Relationship Executive will play an integral role in managing and nurturing relationships with clients, influencers, and their management teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the campaign lifecycle while striving to exceed client expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, addressing concerns, and overseeing the execution of influencer marketing campaigns. By understanding client goals and aligning them with influencer capabilities, you will ensure successful partnerships that elevate brand presence and engagement. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing campaign logistics, from initial planning to post-campaign analysis, while maintaining close communication between the clients and influencers to ensure seamless execution. Additionally, you will manage the onboarding of new clients, provide continuous support, and proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and expand service offerings. You will also conduct research on influencers and celebrities to ensure their alignment with client objectives, leveraging your knowledge of trends and the influencer marketing industry to drive effective campaigns. Your work will require confidentiality and discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and internal teams. The role also includes various administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, reports, and maintaining accurate records of client communications and campaign progress. The Client Relationship Executive will be expected to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be proficient in using CRM systems, social media platforms, and project management tools to streamline your work. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, influencers, and their management teams to foster trust and collaboration. Coordinate the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth communication between clients and influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle. Understand client goals and objectives, ensuring that influencer collaborations align with these expectations for optimal results. Oversee campaign logistics, including scheduling, deliverables, and budget tracking, ensuring campaigns run efficiently and within agreed-upon timelines. Monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns, providing clients with regular updates and reports on progress and outcomes. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and thorough understanding of MorisGigs' services. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction by proposing additional services or campaign adjustments to meet evolving needs. Conduct research on influencers and celebrities to assess their audience engagement, brand alignment, and suitability for specific client needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive. Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to suggest improvements and optimize future campaigns for better results. Maintain confidentiality regarding client information, campaign details, and all internal communications to uphold trust and professionalism. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation related to campaign performance and client interactions, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Use CRM systems, social media platforms, and project management tools to streamline communication, task management, and reporting processes. Collaborate with internal teams, including the influencer marketing and creative departments, to develop and execute customized campaigns that meet client objectives. 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in marketing, communications, or influencer relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients, influencers, and internal teams effectively. Qualification Required : A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
