Remote Audit & Assurance Manager - Michigan

We are seeking a talented Audit & Assurance Manager in Michigan to join our team. Although this is a remote position, we are looking for candidates who live in the state of Michigan or who are actively looking to relocate to Michigan.

This range is provided by ThinkingAhead Executive Search. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

Preparing and leading more complex audit areas
Reviewing audit areas performed by staff
Overseeing internal staffing on engagements
Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Contributing to the success of our clients’ organizations
Developing staff associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting
Making a difference in the communities where you live and work

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience working at a public accounting firm in the audit & assurance space
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Outstanding client service and communication skills
Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Enthusiasm for helping others be successful
Out-of-the box thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit
A new perspective and new ideas allowing us to continuously improve
Unwavering integrity in all situations
