Warehouse Team Lead

NOW HIRING: Team Lead - Night Shift Location: Findlay, OH Pay: $23.28/hour Schedule: Tuesday Night-Thursday Night | 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime may be required Friday Night-Sunday Night based on business needs. Start and end times may vary. We are seeking a motivated Team Lead to support warehouse operations and assist with employee performance, attendance, training, and daily communication between the floor and management team. Responsibilities Include: Conducting new hire orientations Monitoring attendance, performance, and timekeeping Assisting with employee training and development Supporting coaches and operations managers with daily operations Addressing attendance and performance concerns Completing incident and accident reports Providing shift recap emails and operational updates Assisting on the warehouse floor as needed Requirements: Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Basic computer skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements: Lift up to 70 lbs. (team lift for heavier items) Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and standing Ability to remain on feet for 10-12 hour shifts Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable leader looking to grow within a fast-paced warehouse environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
