We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team and help provide excellent dental care to children and adults while supporting community outreach. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental services, including examinations, preventative care, restorative procedures, and treatment planning. Work with a multidisciplinary team—hygienist, assistants—to deliver efficient patient flow (average 10‑12 operative and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day). Utilize DentaPro software, digital X‑ray and Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces for diagnosis and treatment. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Participate in community outreach and promotional activities to strengthen the company’s positive image. Work primarily with pediatric patients (ages 3‑21), with up to 30% adult patient population depending on location. Qualifications DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) accredited program. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure. Strong compassion and a desire to provide care to both children and adults. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team. Benefits Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000. Relocation assistance.
