We are seeking a sales-driven Secretary / Notary to join a growing construction and development company in Seffner, FL. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in administrative support but also brings a strong sales and customer engagement background . You will play a key role in supporting business growth by assisting with client interactions, follow-ups, and sales-related processes while managing essential office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a front-line point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service
• Support the sales process by assisting with client communication, follow-ups, and relationship building
• Help prepare proposals, contracts, and project documentation
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and support business development efforts
• Perform notary services for company documents and transactions
• Manage phones, emails, and office correspondence professionally
• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office operations

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Notary Public certification (required)
• Prior administrative or secretarial experience required
• Construction industry experience required
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles REQUIRED
• Proven ability to communicate confidently and build rapport with clients
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Work Environment:

• Office setting within a construction/development company
• Team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on client satisfaction and growth

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (hours may vary)
