HR Analyst

Join our team in Jonesville, SC as a Talent/HR Analyst! In this role, you'll partner with our HR Manager to develop and implement programs that support our workforce and business objectives. You'll use data-driven insights to identify trends, solve challenges, and recommend process improvements across HR and the broader organization. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:Support hiring plans of salaried and hourly employeesCoordinate recruitment efforts with Eaton Talent Acquisition teamCoordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboardingMonitor employment for contingent personnel through partnership with Randstad, as needed.Lead outreach efforts by promoting and maintaining relationships with civic and educational institutions.Assist in the development of the Affirmative Action Plan and related reports/documentation.Provide proactive support in establishing a progressive human resources climate that enhances continuous improvement, positive communications, and a teaming environmentModel and communicate Eaton's Values & Work PracticesQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of 3 year of Human Resources experience, including internshipsMinimum of 1 year of experience with recruitingEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
