Job Description: Asahi Kasei Bioprocess (AKB) provides pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturers with a comprehensive suite of tools to maximize safety and improve yields of biotherapeutics during research, clinical and commercial-scale production. PlanovaTM virus-removal filters anchor a diverse product portfolio defined by quality, consistency, and scalability. Additional areas of expertise include liquid chromatography, inline buffer dilution and oligonucleotide synthesis. Assemble and test air driven hydraulic pump carts. Read and interpret Engineering Bills of Material. Issue material from Inventory to Jobs. Prepare packing lists and other shipping documentation. Reviewing orders in ERP (Navision). Maintain minimum levels of Floor Stock items. Cycle counts of Inventory items. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Packing or crating of materials, systems, and equipment for shipment. Assist QC with inspection of incoming components. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Hands‑on mechanical skills Familiarity with commonly‑used tools Physical Demands Ability to lift 50 lbs.
