Assistant Store Manager

DESCRIPTION

**Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our retail store team alongside our store manager while providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

**Duties:**

Assisting the manager in day-to-day store operations, including training and supervising store employees.

Assisting store manager in controlling all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels, cash, money orders, lottery, inventory controls and shortages.

Maintaining all policies such as uniform, cash, food safety etc.

Maintaining a clean store image and professional and friendly workplace

• 8 hour shift

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to lift, carry, or move items up to 25-50 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks (prepping, cleaning, paperwork)
