Duties of a Manufacturing Supervisor include but are not limited to people-management and all the ensuing duties that encompass it, troubleshooting advanced production issues through the use of a computer; making decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures; tracking, documenting, and communicating production roadblocks; and working as a team with outside departments to improve manufacturing performance.**Role and Responsibilities****Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:*** Effective Communication, Ability to analyze data, identifies issues, and provides solutions to closure.* Ability to influence up, down, and across the organization to create change* Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills; recognize 3rd & 4th order effects of a catalyst event* Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be able to coordinate and communicate technical information to and from all levels of the organization.* A history of \"hands-on\" approach to problem solving and countermeasure implementation within own areas of responsibility* Proactive and self-driven approach to overcome challenges and achieve results* Basic knowledge of relevant programming languages: Visual Basic (Excel), Oracle, Secs, PL/SQL, SQL.* Basic data analysis skills; analyzing & interpreting data.* Experience in manufacturing sciences (Theory of Constraints, Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, and Flow Optimization)* Workhours: B Shift - Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm - 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays**Skills and Qualifications****Here's What You Will Need:*** Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field* Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred* 3-5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred* 1-year minimum experience with demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or project management*The current base salary range for this role is between $85,000- $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.**This position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.
