Process Engineer
PROMAN Staffing is excited to partner with our global manufacturing client to source and hire a Process Engineer for their new facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering the chance to play a key role in launching and optimizing manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, safety, and productivity
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support new equipment installation, validation, and production launch activities
- Establish and maintain process documentation and operating procedures
- Analyze manufacturing data and implement statistical process controls
- Collaborate with production teams to improve throughput, yield, and efficiency
- Lead cost reduction and process improvement projects
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and process optimization techniques
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support new product/process implementation
