Location: Melbourne, FL
Duration: 12 months
Basic Qualifications for an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner:
*) High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / University Relations OR Bachelor’s Degree and 0 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / University Relations.
*) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
*) Ability to obtain a U.S Government clearance.
*) Travel required up to 25%.
*) Must be based in Melbourne, FL or within a reasonable commuting distance.
Preferred Qualifications:
*) Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruiting through offer accept.
*) Proficiency in Workday and Eightfold.
*) Previous TA experience in Corp recruiting environment.
*) TA experience within the internship and early career arena.
