Job Summary Koehler Welding Supply, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Outside Sales Coordinator to join our team! As an Outside Sales Coordinator, you are a key member of the team supporting our outside sales team and helping drive business growth. This role serves as a liaison between customers, field salesmen, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and accurate order processing and reporting.

The role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support outside sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

Collaborate with purchasing, accounting, and warehouse operations.

Prepare sales quotes

Process customer orders and confirm expected delivery.

Maintain accurate customer records.

Communicate with customers and outside sales team on order status, pricing, and product availability.

Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Generate reports for sales team and customers.

Assist with prospective leads in generation of business growth.

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Team player who can prioritize tasks and work independently.

Positive Attitude

Preferred

Experience supporting an outside sales or business development team.

Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Industry-specific experience in [manufacturing, distribution, industrial sales, etc.] preferred.
