Overview Our clinic in The Woodlands, West Dundee, IL is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our employee‑owned team. The role focuses on helping patients recover, regain mobility, and improve physical function. Responsibilities Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs. Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Set goals, track progress, and maintain productivity standards. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Holds a valid state license, or is in the process of obtaining one if a recent graduate. Previous experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a plus.
