Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in the Atlanta, GA area. This role offers a collaborative clinical environment, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

Schedule Options:

Full-Time: Three 12-hour shifts per week, Every other weekend required, Weekend availability is mandatory.

Part-Time: Minimum of 20 hours per week with consistent availability, Must meet one of the following scheduling requirements: Two weekdays consistently (24 total hours), OR One weekday (12 hours) and one weekend day (8 hours).

Opportunities are also available in: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur Duluth, and Tyrone, GA.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $138,000 – $159,000 annually (Average: $147,000)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings

Develop and manage patient treatment plans

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Requirements:

Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Active and unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license

Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)

Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred

Strong new graduates with relevant clinical training may be considered
