Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Key Responsibilities Deploy monthly Microsoft Windows 10/11 security and quality updates using Ivanti (LANDesk). Package, schedule, and deploy Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser updates. Monitor patch deployment progress and remediate failed installations. Perform pre-deployment testing and post-deployment validation to ensure patch success and system stability. Generate compliance and patch status reports for management and security teams. Troubleshoot patching issues and coordinate with endpoint, security, and infrastructure teams as needed. Maintain patching schedules, documentation, and operational procedures. Ensure endpoint patch compliance meets organizational security standards and audit requirements. Support vulnerability remediation efforts by deploying critical and emergency patches when required. Basic Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience with Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and patch management processes. Experience with browser patching Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills.
