Oven & Dough Preparation Team Member Cyool Yemeni Coffee & Bakery

Position Overview

Cyool Yemeni Coffee & Bakery is seeking a dependable and motivated team member to assist with preparing and baking fresh manakeesh, fatayer, and other bakery items. This role primarily involves flattening dough, adding toppings, and assisting with oven operations . We are looking for someone who has some experience working in a bakery, pizza shop, restaurant, or similar food-production environment.

Responsibilities

• Flatten and prepare dough for baking.

• Add toppings and ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.

• Load and unload products from the oven.

• Monitor baking times and product quality.

• Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized workstation.

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

• Assist with other bakery production tasks as needed.

• Work efficiently with the team to ensure timely preparation of orders.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a bakery, pizza shop, restaurant, or commercial kitchen preferred.

• Comfortable working with dough and ovens.

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate

A hardworking individual with some kitchen or bakery experience who enjoys working with food, takes pride in producing quality products, and is comfortable preparing dough, applying toppings, and assisting with baking operations. Experience with manakeesh, pizza, flatbreads, or similar products is a strong plus.
