The Customer Service Representative responds to telephone calls from citizens contesting parking tickets, wanting to schedule appointments, seeking information, or paying for their tickets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive incoming telephone calls and assist citizens in resolving issues
• Process dispositions from pretrial conferences/hearings
• Issue refunds and document refund requests
• Maintain required necessary documents
• Work in a productive, safe, and cooperative manner in accordance with all company policies and procedures
• Promote and maintain a positive work environment
• Conduct other duties and special projects as assigned

Experience/Qualifications/Skills

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate level PC skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to multitask
• The representative must maintain proficiency in all divisional procedures.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent
