Recovery Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks Recovery Support Staff to provide client-centered, trauma-informed support to individuals in behavioral health and housing programs. In this on-site role, you’ll coach clients in daily living skills, model healthy coping strategies, assist with recovery goals, and help maintain a safe, stable environment. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document services, and connect clients to community resources.
