What You Will Be Doing Prepare, Review and Present Estimates for Projects Perform Cost Analysis on Projects Produce budgets from conceptual and schematic design phases that align with the organizations goals and strategy Lead a team of Estimators What You Need for this Position 5+ years of Estimating Experience Public works, heavy civil, grading and paving focus preferred Experience with budget analysis, bidding, estimating, and lead all aspects of preconstruction phase Experience working with Civil Construction, Industrial Construction, and/or ground-up construction projects Nice to Have: Preconstruction Manager Experience What's In It for You Competitive salary ranging from $130k - $160k Medical/Dental/Vision Generous PTO & Holidays 401k company match Employee Profit Sharing Plan Bonus Opportunities Career growth opportunities So, if you are a heavy civil Estimator with experience, please apply today!
