What You’ll Do Provide Hands‑On Care : Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry while fostering independence. Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment : Maintain a clean, safe space that supports comfort and personal goal attainment. Mentor & Guide : Offer supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance so individuals can reach their aspirations. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Passion for Helping Others . Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation. Good communication skills—reading, writing, and documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with team members.
