Digital Content Specialist

Job Title: Digital Content Specialist (CRM & Email Marketing) Location: Ada, MI (Onsite) Duration: Contract Pay Rate: Up to $38.00/hour (W2) Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard Business Hours Position Overview We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support the strategy, development, execution, and analysis of CRM and email marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for coordinating campaign production from planning through deployment, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and an exceptional customer experience for Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and customers. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, communications, CRM campaign execution, and project coordination, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of CRM and email marketing campaigns. Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, agencies, and CRM production teams. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, resources, and risk management. Prepare and submit campaign use cases and supporting documentation for approval. Schedule creative asset downloads and maintain campaign content briefs. Coordinate creative reviews, consolidate proof comments, and deliver finalized HTML to translation teams. Perform comprehensive quality assurance (QA) across multilingual email campaigns, validating links, images, videos, and functionality across global markets. Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding CRM platform capabilities and campaign execution. Monitor campaign milestones, track project progress, and update timelines as needed. Distribute finalized campaign assets to internal stakeholders. Provide backup support for email campaign coordination. Provide on-call support for urgent communications following established protocols. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent certification). Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Basic understanding of CRM platforms and email marketing. Previous project coordination or project management experience. Ability to resolve routine issues and manage multiple assignments. Experience working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of email marketing best practices, customer engagement, and digital communications. Understanding of triggered campaigns, customer journeys, and A/B testing. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong attention to detail with experience performing quality assurance on digital content. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Professional interpersonal and administrative skills. Onsite position located in Ada, Michigan . Must be available for occasional end-of-month support and urgent after-hours communications as required.
