Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend and every other holiday | No call

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory care needs using a variety of clinical data
• Plan, organize, perform, and evaluate treatment modalities to address identified respiratory needs
• Ensure an exceptional patient and family experience by optimizing all customer interactions
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered respiratory therapy

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license required
• CRT or RRT credential required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy setting
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in managing diverse patient populations
