Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney in St. Cloud, MN. The attorney will provide counsel and representation to employers on various workplace matters, including compliance with state and federal employment laws. Duties Advise clients on hiring practices, employee discipline, and terminations. Draft and review workplace policies and contracts. Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and memoranda. Negotiate resolutions and represent clients in mediations and litigation. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in client trainings. Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and client outreach. Requirements Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or ability to obtain admission promptly. Experience counseling employers on employment policies and compliance. Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and writing. Experience in administrative proceedings, mediation, and litigation. Excellent communication and client service skills. Proven organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to professional ethics and teamwork. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Skills Strong advocacy and negotiation abilities.
