Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounting Specialist performs accounts payable, payment processing, supplier maintenance, travel reimbursement, purchasing card, customer service, and financial transaction support functions for the Office for Finance in a large thriving organization. Responsibilities: The position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, payment activities, vendor communications, and financial documentation while maintaining compliance with internal policies and controls. Qualifications Skills: Experience using institutional financial systems or ERP platforms. Experience handling travel/purchasing card reimbursements and institutional procurement processes.
