This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not W-2. You stay your own boss. We keep your calendar full year-round, without you carrying all the operational risks of doing it alone- what we call “going blind.” And without settling under someone else for the illusion of “predictability”, that can disappear after one bad quarter.

We’re a consulting firm that works only with immigration attorneys. We bring you clients in:

• Family: I-130, I-485, N-400
• Business: NIW, O-1, EB-1A

You’re a fit if you:

• Hold an active bar license in good standing in any US state
• Have 2+ years of experience in family and business-based immigration. NIW experience is required for business cases. 
• Spanish fluency is highly preferred
• Are organized, punctual, and responsive
• Own your results and look for the lesson when something breaks
• Want to grow, both in income and in impact

NOT a fit if you:

• You’re not punctual and organized . Basic, I know. You’d be surprised how many aren’t.
• Take cases you shouldn’t. We’re not here to sell people the “American Dream”. We tell clients the truth about risks and timelines, even when it costs us.
