Manufacturing Technician

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Job Duties
- Assemble and test electro-mechanical products according to work instructions and specifications
- Perform soldering, welding, inspections, and quality checks using measurement tools such as calipers
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and partner with engineering teams to resolve production challenges
- Maintain inventory records and update production data using computer systems
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible start time
Pay: $21-23 per hour depending on experience
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Experience using measurement tools and performing quality inspections
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
