Fire Sprinkler Service Technician

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing and/or installing fire sprinkler systems. Those without prior experience need not apply, although experience in other areas of fire protection such as alarms, extinguishers, or suppression is a definite plus. Position Summary As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the proper service, repair, and installation of fire sprinkler systems and other fire protection equipment at assigned job sites. Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site service calls, troubleshooting repairs efficiently, preparing accurate service tickets and reports, and upholding a high standard of customer service and communication. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Strong understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and installation procedures. Working knowledge of NFPA Standards. Minimum of 3 years of service experience (4-6) years preferred).
