Title
Registered Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

Schedule
- Flexible schedule, with the possibility of 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed.
- Saturday requirements expected.

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 4 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements
- Active RN license
- AHA BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for chronic renal patients in an outpatient setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and overall health status.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Compliance / Notes
- Reliable transportation is required due to lack of public transportation in the area.
- Ensure vehicles are equipped with all-season or snow tires during winter months.
- Employment history details must include bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.
