Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA; supervision available)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Confident in collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school routines

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students per Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Evaluate, monitor, and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to IEP meetings
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to facilitate student independence and participation
• Travel between sites (as necessary) if combining hours across locations
