About the Position

Job Title: RRT Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required. Recent critical care experience preferred. License: South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license must be in hand at time of start. Certifications: Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT). All certifications must be in hand at time of start. Must-Have: Must be able to float to all areas of the facility, including labor and delivery. Description: Position requires attendance for night shifts, with rotation for holidays. Every other weekend is required. No on-call duty is necessary. First-timers are accepted for night positions only. Candidates must possess experience in adult critical care. Experience in a community hospital setting is required. Travel experience is also required. Knowledge of the Epic charting system is mandatory. We are looking for individuals skilled in various respiratory therapy procedures, including BiPAP, CPAP, and intubation assist. Candidates should have the ability to interpret arterial blood gases and provide tracheostomy care. Familiarity with high-risk deliveries and pediatric critical care is a plus. This position is ideal for an adaptable clinician ready to meet diverse needs within the facility. Travelers should be aware that they may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season from June through November. Please note that any time off requests must be submitted during the application process. The facility may call off one shift every two weeks.
