What’s a typical day as a Production Technician - Placement Order? You’ll be:

• Assembling and constructing boxes according to company standards and specifications.
• Inspecting boxes for defects and ensuring quality before use.
• Labeling boxes and preparing them for shipment.
• Collaborating with warehouse and production staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Loading, stacking, and organizing finished boxes for shipment.
• Performing additional packaging or warehouse duties as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Are able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
• Demonstrate basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Can regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Are team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and support production goals.
