Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring active KS or compact RN licensure and at least one year of recent Cath Lab experience.

Details

• Work in a 4-bed Cardiovascular/Cath Lab unit
• Day shift staffing includes 3 techs and 9 RNs, including 2 travelers
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Uses Philips Fluoro equipment
• EMR systems include Mac Lab and Meditech
• Shift runs 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Requires 1 night per week and 1 weekend of on-call coverage per month

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Cath Lab RN experience required
• Mac Lab and Meditech experience preferred
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Perform cardiac drips, angioplasty, and stenting procedures
• Work alongside a team of experienced techs and RNs
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
