Clinical Sales Director

We are looking for a proactive Clinical Sales Director with a background in education administration, special education, or related services, and a strong knowledge of school funding systems. Ideal candidates will have experience in Speech and Language Pathology, School Psychology, or School Health Services. This remote role involves frequent multi-state travel to engage with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the education sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions, offering tailored solutions.
• Leverage expertise in education administration and special education to present our services effectively.
• Stay updated on education industry trends, challenges, and funding structures.
• Collaborate with teams across recruiting, development, and marketing to enhance service offerings.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver impactful presentations to educational leaders and stakeholders.
• Support marketing efforts by providing input for materials and campaigns.
• Track sales activities and update CRM records accurately.
• Attend industry conferences to network and stay informed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
• Proven sales experience with a background in education administration or special education/related services.
• Experience in Speech and Language Pathology, School Psychology, or School Health Services is a plus.
• Knowledge of school funding structures and budget processes, or ability to learn.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
